I get some muscle tightness when I am just relaxing in the bed and feeling blissful and then it hits. I think it is a side affect of my risperdal so I get up and take a muscle relaxant or a single aspirin and it usually goes away. I have been stretching my back and have been able to walk without too much stiffness and pain in my legs,except when I eat popcorn and the salt causes oedema.<br /><br />I'm glad you have been enjoying your swims and have been happy. Sorry the issue of babies keeps coming up in your dreams and is troublesome for you. I don't know what else to say about that.<br /><br />What and where is The Village??
